How to complain

We are committed to handling complaints fairly, consistently, and promptly. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please let us know so we can investigate.

Reference: Please include your full name, contact details, and a summary of your complaint.

Our process

  • We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible
  • We will review the information and investigate what happened
  • We will provide a written response with our findings and next steps

If your complaint relates to a third-party provider we introduced you to, we can help direct you to the correct complaints team.

DebtClearPlans is a debt introducer/lead generation service and is not authorised to provide regulated debt advice. We introduce enquiries to FCA-authorised and regulated debt solution providers and/or insolvency practitioners. We may receive a fee for introductions made.
